1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Valley Isle Tiny Homes website and any products or services purchased through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Valley Isle Tiny Homes is based in Wailuku, Hawaii and serves customers across the state of Hawaii and the United States.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All tiny homes, trailers, and structures offered by Valley Isle Tiny Homes are custom-built and made to order based on your selected layout, dimensions, and finish preferences. Because each unit is built specifically for the buyer, production begins upon receipt of your deposit or payment.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a deposit or payment has been submitted. This applies to deposits, partial payments, and payments made in full. By completing a purchase or submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy.
If you have a concern about your order, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to work toward a resolution.

4. Chargeback Policy

By making a payment to Valley Isle Tiny Homes, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. All purchases are final and intentional chargebacks will be contested. Valley Isle Tiny Homes reserves the right to pursue recovery of any disputed funds, including applicable fees.

5. Limited Warranty

Valley Isle Tiny Homes stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship. Our limited warranty covers structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, weather events, modifications made by the buyer, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing via the contact information below.

6. Delivery & Lead Times

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a general guide and may vary depending on your model, customization choices, and production schedule. Valley Isle Tiny Homes is not liable for delays caused by material shortages, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. You will be kept informed throughout the build process.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that local zoning laws, permits, and land regulations allow for the placement of a tiny home or trailer structure on their intended property. Valley Isle Tiny Homes does not provide legal or zoning advice and is not responsible for compliance with local, state, or county ordinances.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising from a purchase or the use of our services shall be resolved under Hawaii jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

Valley Isle Tiny Homes reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
